For more than 21 years I've been honing my legal skills and building my experience to assist individuals and businesses with their legal needs.

Licensed in California since 1999, I have served a wide variety of clients in both transactional and litigation/trial capacities.

My primary focus is on business/contract-oriented transactional and trial work, but my experience has allowed me to represent plaintiffs and defendants in many fields including, construction, construction defect, employment, general liability, toxic tort and corporate/general counsel matters.
